Certification refers to how well an
organisation meets the health and
disability standards, as set by the
Ministry of Health.
All facilities are regularly audited,
says Louise, and spot audits occur
without notice being given.
In the latest certification audit,
Mayfair exceeded three of the seven
standards, received seven
continuous improvements, and were
fully attained in all other areas.
"Our whole team has worked
together to achieve this wonderful
