Popular venue: Pierside Cafe in New Brighton offers entertainment and delicious food.
When Pierside Cafe owners Tony
Brooks and Kyra Morrissey noticed
the lack of entertainment venues in
New Brighton after the February
earthquake, they decided to do
something about it.
Pierside opened two years ago as
a regular cafe-restaurant, and is now
a popular social hub for the
