The weather is getting cooler, but the
atmosphere at the Oak ‘n’ Ferry bar and
restaurant in Woolston is warm and
busier than ever.
The friendly bar offers quality cuisine,
using only the freshest ingredients –
and all at an affordable price. Main
courses range from $10 to $16 and
desserts are just $8.
Dishes on the menu include Lamb
Korma served with basmati rice and roti
bread for $14; the Summer Mixed Salad
with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, tomato,
cheese, red onion and balsamic
dressing, with a choice of chicken, beef,
or lamb for $15; or the famous Rump
Steak, chips, salad, choice of sauce and
onion rings for $16.
The desserts include pavlova with
berries and cream, cookies and cream
brownie with white chocolate sauce,
and banana, walnut and maple
pudding with butterscotch sauce.
The all-day menu consists of chips,
wedges, toasted sandwiches, nachos,
garlic bread and calamari chips – all for
less than $10. A kids’ menu is available
for $8, which also includes a free ice
